Description

Built in 1920, our centrally-located and recently updated Ventura Beach Bungalow is the perfect spot for a couple, family or friends getaway to enjoy Ventura. We are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, sports bars, parks, historic sites and more. The beach and hillside hiking are a less than a mile away. You’ll love the convenient location but if you’re like us, it’s tough to leave. Kicking back in the yard or inside feeling the breeze through the dutch doors is a must!

This cool bungalow is in the Midtown/ downtown Ventura area. Just off Main Street so walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bars and more. We are one mile to the Ventura Pier and one mile to where Main Street is blocked off for entertainment and shopping.

Getting Around
Many guest walk to the coffee shops and restaurants within 1-3 blocks. If you’re fine walking a mile, downtown is no further. Some guest have driven their vehicle the short distance. Parking is usually easy to find. Same for the local beaches. They are close but that mile can be a long way if carrying items or with kids. A short drive knowing parking normally is a non issue is recommended.

The Space
There’s a living room with 2 sofas, 2 chairs and a fire place. Next, there’s a dining area which leads to a decent sized kitchen and we think you’ll find all you need to cook and store leftovers. The main bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom offers a double bunk with a large bed up top and 2 twin sized beds down below.
